The Per Person Ticket Fee includes attendance to, the Welcoming Event on the 18th September 2024, the Morning Team Building Safari of the 19th September 2024 and the Pearl Awards Boma Dinner on the evening of the 19th September 2024. The Ticket also includes Meals at both functions on the 19th September 2024.

Your Check In time can be confirmed via your hotel reservation. We encourage all to check in before the Welcoming Event on the 18th of September 2024.

Unfortunately, not. The ticket price is standard and is your admission to all events. We encourage you to take full advantage of your ticket and attend all events.

Yes, there are transport options available – the hotel that you choose to book into, will be able to give you transport booking details at a cost to you. Please ensure you have your flight itinerary beforehand to share with the Transport Team at the hotel.

Unfortunately not, for the Team Building and Boma, Lunch, Dinner, and Refreshments are provided as part of the Ticket Fee. Breakfast would be included for those with a hotel reservation at the Radisson Hotel.

The Welcoming Event on the 18th of September 2024, the Dress Code is Casual. 

The Morning Team Building of the 19th of September 2024, the Dress Code is Casual. 

The Pearl Awards Boma Dinner is a Bosveld vibe - Dress Code is Smart Casual Safari Theme (You are welcome to wear your Khaki Shorts and Vellies with your Collared Shirt).

Century 21 South Africa will request Special Dietary Requirements, for those who have reserved and paid, ahead of the event.

If you must cancel your registration, please notify our registration department in writing at franchise@century21.co.za. Cancellations from 1 April 2024, through to 15 August 2024 will be Refunded/Credited with zero processing fee. On and after 15 August 2024, cancellations will NOT be accepted, and NO refunds will be issued.  

Alternatively, after 15 August 2024, you may transfer your registration to another eligible person for a zero fee. To transfer a registration, please email your request to franchise@century21.co.za with your Full Name and Office Name, along with the information of the replacement participant.
